My group and I are all newbies to DnD and we're in Neverwinter right now as part of the Dragon of Ice Spire Peak.  I just purchased a magic bow with extended range but I cannot for the life of me find any information about this particular shortbow.  My DM (also a newbie) is telling me to be patient. I have to wait a fortnight in game play (yeah, I'm not patient) but I'd still like some specs for this bow I just purchased. I knew I wanted to upgrade my bow in general, but now I'm thinking I've been a fool. Does anyone know where I can find the specs for this bow beyond the fact that it grants a minimum range of 120 ft?

My character is a light foot halfling rogue. We're currently level 3 (milestone leveling).

If you don't know the actual name of the magic item in question, it's hard to say for sure. I don't think there are any official magic bows that increase the range of the weapon, so this may be something custom your DM has cooked up.

Thanks for the reply.  Yes, the name of the bow is being kept from me at the moment so I suspect you're right and it's something he created on his own.  

Indeed he may be trying to create it using the homebrew tools here, or looking for one already created.
