My 2018 Monster Manual hardcopy, 10th printing differs from the digital 5th edition Monster Manual on D&D Beyond. How would I report this? I tried creating a ticket, Incident 3921627, but the response was a bit cryptic.
Thank you for contacting Wizards of the Coast Customer Support! At this time Customer Support has no further details regarding this D&D Beyond content. Our team is limited to providing information currently available to the public through announcements and articles.

Depending on what's different, it's probably that there's been an errata since the 10th printing came out.
Go check out page 10, paragraph 3 in your Monster Manual (if you have the latest printing).
Old text starts with A monster with the Spellcasting class feature...
New text starts with A monster with the Spellcasting special trait...
This may seem minor, but has some pretty significant impacts on spells. For example, check out https://www.dndbeyond.com/spells/2175-magic-jar and note the following, If the target has any class levels, you can't use any of its class features.
Are you looking at some monsters from the Monster Manual and some from Mordenkainen’s monsters of the multiverse? There have been changes so make sure you are looking at the correct source on DDB
So, I think I understand why you are seeing some differences here, but I'm not an expert and am happy if someone who is more versed can jump in to correct and expand on this.
What you were referring in the first instance are the Basic Rules available on D&D Beyond, which actually come from the Systems Reference Document (SRD), which is a free version of the rules which people can access to play the game without buy any content, and can use to develop their own content via the OGL. The SRD doesn't contain all the content (ie subclasses, feats, monsters, magic items etc), and due to the nature of the document, cannot not be easily updated without making an entirely new version of the SRD. Therefore, if you're using the SRD alone, you would still need to refer to the errata document. This is why your printed version of the books may be different, as they will include an errata made since the production of the current SRD document.
Now as you've pointed out, the errata is included in the PHB version. This is because all sourcebooks on D&D Beyond have their errata included when they are made available. So as long as you're referring to the actual book, you will be seeing the most up to date version of the rules.
I should not have mentioned the discrepancy in the SRD. It has just become a red herring. It has nothing to do with legacy. The MM is not legacy, but it has had errata and updated printings, with the latest being the 10th from 2018. There are changes there that are not reflected in the digital version. Fundamentally, this post is about the discrepancy in the digital monster manual and the latest printing and how do we report this? Clearly the old route via customer support is now defunct.

If information has been released in later products that are not the Monster Manual that supersedes the printing that you are looking at, the newest information should be reflected here. It may be a case that another book has structurally changed things slightly and the digital information provided now reflects this.

No. Please see the details above. The information in the physical Monster Manual, 10th printing is _newer_than the information for the digital version on dndbeyond. Or, in other words, the digital Monster Manual on dndbeyond is an out of date printing.

Here's a completely different one with old text still on dndbeyond, but in this case, it's clearly spelled out in the errata.
https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/basic-rules/adventuring#Darkvision
This is missing the errata from https://media.wizards.com/2018/dnd/downloads/PH-Errata.pdf, specifically, Darkvision (p. 183).
The errata is in the PHB version, https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/phb/adventuring#Darkvision
