I am creating six different Conjuration spells that enable the user to self-target and transform into an elemental monster. Said elemental monster may grant different features and bonuses for the user. This spell can transform the user into the specific monster and allow the user to transform back at will. How do you do this with a Pact on Homebrew?
Here's an example look at what I have in mind

Description
1
Choose Elemental Form
You may choose one of six elemental schools of magic: Darkness, Light, Fire, Water, Earth, and Wind. As you choose this school of magic, you unlock the elemental monster within you using a Soulstone. Soulstone is added. In future levels, you must acquire a specific Soulstone to unlock different elemental forms.
1
Conjure Elemental Form
This enables the user to transform into a specific elemental form using a specific Soulstone. This is enabled in the Pact as a granted feature. At level one, the monster grants CHA+8 hitpoints and can cast basic spells within its elemental school of magic.
1
Disembody
This is treated as an action to disable the transformation of the elemental form for the user. It is instantaneous.
This action is permanent for all elemental forms, starting from level 1.

3
Choose Second Elemental Form
You may choose one of six elemental schools of magic: Darkness, Light, Fire, Water, Earth, and Wind. As you choose this school of magic, you unlock the elemental monster within you using a Soulstone. You cannot choose the same elemental school of magic twice if you have it in previous levels.
Note: You may choose a different elemental school of magic, even if you do not have the specific Soulstone. You cannot transform into this elemental monster until you have acquired the specific Soulstone.
And onward it goes. As time goes by, the spell list for each elemental school of magic expands bit by bit using only a specific monster, except with each level scaled, the monster is larger, carries on a different name, and deals more powerful magic.
I have some questions regarding my own Pact.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
