Magical Items system to allow customized build/rebuild of magic - based on modular components.
I'm curious about if there are too many options, should a break down abilties by creature categories (Aberrations, Dragon, Undead, Plant etc etc ) or keep them more generic?
Are the application examples too much? Should I simplify the ruleset?
