The rules answer is class levels and constitution, though there are races (hill dwarf), feats (tough), and subclasses (draconic bloodline sorcerer) that give bonus HP. To get more HP for a character you've already created, take the tough feat and/or increase constitution score.
If you mean increase your HP in the builder, on the home page see if you have HP set to fixed or manual. If it is fixed, it should increase by the fixed amount when you level up. If set to manual, you can click “manage HP” on the class page in the builder. You can enter the new amount there.
