Anti-Caster Barbarian
Deny the Witch: starting at 3RD level while raging you gain:
Advantage on saving throws against spells and magical effects.
If you damage a creature, with a melee or thrown attack that is concentrating on a spell, that creature has disadvantage on the saving throw it makes to maintain its concentration.
When you hit a creature that can cast spells or has spell like abilities you double your bonus rage damage.
Scent of Magic: at 6TH level, as a bonus action you can sacrifice a use of rage. When you do so for 10 minutes you sense the presence of magic within 60 feet of you. You can see a faint aura around any visible creature or object in the area that bears magic. You also gain advantage on any checks to see through magical illusions and invisibility.
The ability can penetrate most barriers, but is blocked by 1 foot of stone, I inch of common metal, a thin sheet of lead, or 3 feet of wood.
Sundering Strike: Beginning at 10TH level, while raging when a creature casts a spell or uses a spell like ability, you can use your reaction to make a weapon attack against the creature.
In addition you may sacrifice a use of rage as a free action when making a weapon attack. Choose any creature, object, or magical effect. When the target is struck by your weapon attack any spell of your bonus rage damage or lower on the target ends. For each spell of or higher on the target, make an ability check using you strength score. The DC equals 10 + the spells level. On a successful check, the spell ends.
Cloak of Antimagic: Starting at 14TH level, While raging, as a bonus action you may sacrifice a use of rage and gain the effect of Antimagic field for 1 minute with a radius of 5 feet. You must complete a long rest before using this ability again.
In addition you and equipment you are carrying are immune from Divination magic such as, Clairvoyance, Locate Object, Scrying and other detection spells.
It has several effects that sacrifice a use of rage. That ends up really weakening a barbarian. Most if this could be achieved with a Yuan-Ti Pureblood with the Mage Slayer feat.
Without the infinite rage charges barbarian capstone ability, this class is rather underpowered. Maybe make the base version of the Cloak of Antimagic available at a lower level, like level 8, and then receive a more powerful version at level 14, that lasts for 10 minutes, and has a range of 15 feet for your allies. Perhaps you could also use things like absorb elements as a reaction, using a 1d8 and one time replacing your rage damage, recharging on a short rest with a number of uses equal to your proficiency bonus, to lessen the load on rage charges, which you could get at level 12 or 16. If you wanted to, you could add something like preventing someone from casting while they're grappled, or having a constant sanctuary effect that clashes your constitution modifier against the spell caster's casting modifier when attempting to hit you with a spell while raging as a level 18 ability, to encourage players to go for the infinite rage charges capstone.
