Better SPaG than your usual. The wording and maybe the name needs work. And the definition of 'bugs' is more specific than insect, so that needs changing. The level 14 ability is kind of weak and the capstone at level 18 is kind of powerful and doesn't fit the normal sorcerer capstone. It's not that bad, though.
Really cool concept! I personally like it a lot. If I were to offer any criticism, I would probably agree that the level 14 and 18 features could use some tweaking. I don't think you should get rid of them completely, but consider changing some things around, and possibly adding another feature that's more varied. Some examples could be giving you and your teammates a buff when you are near insects, or you slowly become more like an insect, gaining darkvision/a flying speed/the ability to walk on walls and cielings/etc. Perhaps you can initially see through your swarm's senses at level 6, so you can add something different at level 14.
