So there is this neat little homebrew called The Warclad, you might have heard of it. ONe part of it that I really like is the Bulwark subclass. Eventually ending with a autonomous Large Mecha who's pilot can ride and both take their own independant actions. It is action heroing at it's finest.
Does a weapon welded by a Large character/entity (Glaive in this case) still deal the same damage as the weapon used by a Medium creature?
I know this might trigger the question of "Does a Longsword deal the same damage in the hands of a Gnome as it does a Half-Orc?" but my counter would be that the weapon in this case is specifically a Heavy type. So a Small creature can't weld it anyway.
I just feel like there should be some kind of benefit for the increased size. Beyond the extra range because it is a Large, which is a bit midigated due to the space taken up and the more space for being attacked.

However, I am irked by a little thing about this.
