On Garden: REBORN, we use a combination of Discord, Avrae, and Dungeons & Dragons Beyond to play our games. Players are given fairly OP stats, a free feat, and freedom to create just about any character they desire whether its using Critical Role OR reflavoring a Leonin to be a werewolf or an owlin to be a bat. The world is shared and shaped by everyone in the community. We have 15+ active players, and I'm looking to grow the server just a tad! Here's what might draw you in:

Character Creation. Rolled stats using a threshold alias. The ruling set is " Ruling: Minimum total of 75, Maximum total of 80, At least 1 over 14, At least 1 under 12," so most characters are very powerful and have more room to take feats. You also begin with a free feat! You can create up to 6 characters, with each character made past the first requiring a certain level and gold payment to access.

Magicore System. While you can find magic items on your quests, and you might even get to keep most of them, the magicore system allows you to customize the enchantments on your equipment. Magicores are orbs of power that can be slotted into anything -- and conversely removed. If you know you are going against a blue dragon, just slot in a lightning resist magicore. There are magicores for all sorts of equipment!

Fun ways to earn XP and Gold outside of questing. Questing isn't the only way you get XP on this server. You can go into the Training Center and earn XP/Gold with a party by stumbling upon an orc horde or challenge a fellow SeeD to a battle in the Coliseum. You can also earn XP simply by roleplaying.

Bonds. When you party up, roleplay, or fight with other players, you earn bond points which can result in you both having bonuses and special abilities just for hanging out! Think: Social Links from the Persona series or Supports from the Fire Emblem series.

Mix-maxers, roleplayers, and everyone in-between is welcomed! You can be whatever weird nonsense you want to be, or you can be a variant human who starts with 2 feats and is really good at doing just 1 thing.

Everyone is pretty cool and chill. Honestly, I love everyone here. It's hard to open ourselves up, but I think I shouldn't keep everyone to myself. Hopefully you will agree!

The server is set up in the style of a West Marches. There are all sorts of activity levels on the server, including people who post everyday. However, several of us have children, so we are understanding of going dark cause your toddler just covered the entire floor in spaghetti sauce.

Would firearms be allowed in you're RP? If so I will fill out the form

Technically, we do allow firearms -- in the form of reflavoring crossbows. We already have a couple cowboys, some mercenaries, etc that have shotties, pistols, etc -- but they are all just reskinned from crossbows. I am working on trying to make the feat from Tasha something that appeals to this reflavoring.

But I understand if that's not as fun as the rules from DMG, Tasha, or CR.

That is not a problem at all, so i guess there is no need for me to create a fighter gunslinger/srtificier then. I'll think of another character

Thanks for asking! I will open it up again if current new members leave or end up being kicked (for being toxic). No one has done anything nuts so far, so it's looking good. If I open it up again, I'll bump this thread!
