Now now hear me out, I know I've been posting on the forums looking for players a lot lately and it can get quite annoying. But I really want to share my games with you guys :) so for the last time in... maybe a week I'll post about it here.
Seeking new players for new campaigns!!
HOT SPRINGS ISLAND ($25)
The Campaign I'd like to do most of all is my Hot Springs Island campaign, which is a system neutral survival sandbox game meant for only the hardened of players to go through. Not only does it throw combat at you while you try to fight your way through the island, the unique story line offers many exploration and roleplay opportunities. You'll never know friend from foe, and you'll never see them coming. A true sandbox game where the story will happen whether you're there to start it off. You might be too late to some battles or encounters or blessings. It's up to you to find out. This campaign will take you from level 3 to level 20 and beyond.
HUMBLEWOOD ($20)
An amazing 3rd party cottage core starting adventure, levels 1-5, is so refreshing in terms of the way it is written and the play of it. Start your journey from your home of Meadowfen and go beyond. From the Birdfolk race to the Humblefolk race, everyone in the adventure is a form of forest animal creature. There was recently a kickstarter for extra adventures that can be thrown in afterwards and to increase the level of play from 5-10.
GUILDHALL QUESTS ($10)
This is a series of one-shots I've been doing where you can use the same character for multiple one-shots and keep your equipment, rank, and treasures you've gathered from past one-shots. Starting at level 2 you have joined the Guildhall, a sort of adventurers guild that puts out bounties from "find my lost dog" to "a monster has attacked a nearby village and slaughtered everyone". Climb the ranks of the guild to unlock more difficult and higher paying bounties.
RESTORING HARMONY ($5)
Based off the mini adventures from the NERDS candy and D&D mash up they released a few months back, I have been expanding the world to further the adventure. Level one pre generated characters go on a 7 session campaign to save their beloved capitol city Harmony from getting the color and flavor drained from it. After that, travel to the new nations, or explore further your own nation and let the story continue.
You get what you pay for ;)
So why pay for games, really? When others are offering free games. Well let me tell you why I have paid for games in the past.
It guarantees consistency. Any DM that charges is going to play the game consistently and keep that game alive, and any Player paying will show up because they have paid.
DMs charging will have resources you might not. Like a Foundry VTT license/Roll20 sub, or dnd beyond master sub to share resources. They may have gone out of their way to get all the resources just for players to use. They may have soundtracks built in place to further the immersion. Regardless, when you pay for a game, the DM is always trying to further the experience and bring things other might not be able to or simply cant afford to.
Safety when paying. DMs that charge, or at least this is what I do, make sure that everyone is in a safe space and protected from triggers or bad players. Paying does not mean you reign supreme and can treat others however you want, that will not fly with me. If you're being an a55 I will gladly kick you and refund your money just so that other players will not have to worry or be anxious for future sessions. This also applies to me, just because I'm charging, does not mean I get to take advantage of that. You truly get what you pay for, a GOOD experience playing a game.
How to reach me?
Well you can do so multiple ways :) and it's all very simple.
