My group are looking to add 1-2 players to our existing Curse of Strahd campaign. There are currently 3 players and myself as the DM, one of our players is going to be away for a month and so we wanted to run some one shots in between so we don't miss a month of playing. We'd like to introduce 1, possibly 2, players and see how they fit the group over the course of a few one shots, and if all goes well then figure out how to then integrate them into our Curse of Strahd game.
We're currently at level 6 for the main campaign but would look to have fresh characters for the 1 shots, starting at level 2. We play using point buy character creation, and would go over character creation during a session zero before starting the one shots.
We play at 6.30pm GMT on Mondays, this is fixed to work with our schedules so can't be changed unfortunately. We play through Discord voice and Roll20 for maps etc.

Hello I am 28 y/o i have completed my first one-shot the other day and I'm looking to do some more. I don't know a lot about the game but i really enjoyed my experience and want to get more involved. I have used the websites character builder to create a character I like but would probably appreciate someone more experienced to prepare me properly for the campaign/One-shot setting I guess. I'd like to think I'm quite a respectful person and I like to get involved so hopefully we'd all get along and have some fun. :) Perhaps we could have a talk over discord about the potential session.
