I’m a DM with about 20 years experience DMing. Unfortunately I have lost one of my players so I’m looking for a person or two to join my other two players in adventuring.
we get together in Silver Spring MD about one evening a month in person usually having dinner before hand. We are looking for someone who is open minded tolerant and accepting of all kinds of people.
I run a very low level campaign (levels 1-10) with less magic than most (but still fun since the players might have magic). The adventures tend to be on the darker side of things with plenty of undead, creatures of the night, death, and fairytale/ folklore vibes. I roll above the table so PC death is a common thing. So please don’t be so attached to your character that you can’t lose them and make a new one. We will expect you to roll at the table as well so we can all cheer or cry on the outcomes as a group. I run D&D 3.5 with a bunch of homerules to make my life easier and the game more fun (so no rules lawyers because I do get the final say). I love having players who are new to the game or teaching 5e player the old school rules (all are welcome).
so if your interested please get in touch, just remember low level, once a month in person, Player Character deaths, open minded, and dinner 👍
