Looking for a game in the Okc area where people aren't afraid to play their characters even if it conflicts with the group as a whole.
I find it unrealistic in any sense that a group of a bunch of random people are thrown into a group and agree on everything, especially at lvl one. Hell I've played in a amazing groups where characters disagreed even at lvl 10.
I'm not talking throwing a lawful good and lawful evil characters together and see what happens though it could make an interesting story. I'm talking more said NG rogue has to kill a certain person and sell their soul to save his with the LG Paladin standing right there. Or a Fighter decides to kill a potential ally because they're a ware creature he he means to kill all ware creatures. The Barbarian does care what the parties doing he goes off and does what he intends. Yes all these happened in the same campaign. I believe playing the character should take precedence in the game regardless of the partys motivation. Al characters have their own motivations.
This all said I will say I'm a min/maxer. I like building my characters do to something extremely well. However, I play my character and not my desires but his.
I would prefer playing with like minded players. Playing characters is what I like the most. I hate random characters that have no drive besides shiny thing player wants.
