I'm not sure you could carry them all with that 9 strength. I don't think they would all fit in one pokeball either. Probably too much to carry if you have to use multiple pokeballs. At level 20 I'm sure you've had a couple of ASI's you could devote to raising that strength, a few Feats could do a lot for your build, and magic items would resolve almost all your remaining issues. You can create those yourself. That's a lot of pets, and your DM is likely to hate you, and your pets, any time you let anything out of your pokeball(s). Some of those pets might be able to summon even more stuff. Sure you can do it, but why?
A whole horde of pets, most of them trivial to kill with a Meteor Swarm, let alone a Wish, isn't going to be all that impressive at level 20. I'd really suggest turning yourself into a Dragon or something. That way you can be Charizard all by yourself and keep in the theme. You're much more likely to obey your own orders, and that really makes you a better trainer. Make a Sidekick and let them order you around, name your Sidekick Ash Ketchum in case they don't get the hint, and name your own character Charizard for added hilarity. I doubt you will need to, but your Sidekick can yell out "Charizard, I choose you!" to put the final nail in the coffin. You can use your Flame Breath without needing to be told, but that's somewhat naughty.
Cast feign death on self so all pets can act at end of your turn rather than 1 with bonus action
You must really hate your DM and the other players, to try to create a small army of targets/ creatures that will take an eternity to run through in a turn. And are you planning on starting this char at level 1 in some campaign?

Nah, this is clearly theory-crafting. No need to introduce pesky topics like how this would play in real life.
One thing to note is that being dead (or feigning death) does not give you sudden full control over all pets to act how you like. At best it gives full control to the DM, who will perform the various pets' reactions to the situation to the best of their ability. I imagine many would huddle over your corpse to defend you, some might go into an aggressive rage, others would flee the scene.
