So, here is my issue… I have figured out how to create the encounters, and the combat tracker appears easy. What I can not figure out, and there may not be a way. How do you control the rolls for the monsters you add to the encounter ? The game log tracks the actions of the PCs when using the app or website for their dice rolls.
So here is the question. Is there a way to control the actions of the monsters ?
If so, can someone explain how to do it. If there is not a way, then I won't feel as dumb.

I am not very familiar with the Encounter Builder and Combat Tracker tools other than they are new and still in some level of development.
However I did see this recent article and thought it might have an answer for you: https://www.dndbeyond.com/posts/1135-tutorial-how-to-build-encounters-and-run-them-on-d
