Hi guys, I run into some trouble in order to stablish a list of downtime activities. So, I will post here the list I made and, with your help, maybe we can perfect it to make the best list possible.
- Buying a magic items (xge)
- Carousing (xge), overwrites carousing (dmg) ¿Maybe this overwrites phb's social research?
- Crafting and item (xge), overwrites crafting an item (phb), overwrites crafting a magic item (dmg)
- Crime (xge)
- Gambling (xge) ¿Maybe this overwrites dmg's carousing?
- Relaxation (xge)
- Religious Service (xge)
- Research (xge), overwrites research (phb) ¿or maybe only the academic part?
Should be noted that there is a difference between crafting a magic item amd crafting a non-magic item.
It should also be noted that different rules for the same downtime do not automatically overwrite another, but present different options for the DM to choose between.
Dm's can also make their own downtime rules, but that isn't helpful in this context.

This is great! I will definitely save this. There are also downtime options in GoS, but they are mainly copies of the ones in your list.
