Looking at interesting multiclass PC options I was thinking of a BloodHunter Path of the Lycan (X), Monk Kensi (3), Wizard Bladesinger (3) and asked myself can you rage, bladesing, use martial arts and be transformed as a Lycan all at once (RAW)?
And if you can does it make sense you can do all of them or which combs does it make sense to be able to use together?
Where are you getting Rage from? I don't see Barbarian in that Long Island Iced Tea of a character. You're going to have quite a challenge getting good enough stats for that combo, not to mention giving up a few ASI/Feat slots for it. What is it you're trying to accomplish with this build?
0) Yes very stat dependent and rolled stats are a must for it to work well. But then IMHO most multiclass options work because of higher rolled stats.
1) Rage with the other options popped into my mind when looking at the other combo of martial arts, bladesinging and hybrid form.
2) Story, Bloodhunter who contracted lycanthropy (so chose path of the Lycan) started studying marital arts to help control lycan from through the combat style then realized adding more strenuous mental activity (wizard bladsinger) would also help control his lycan tendencies. Note: there is a lot of story telling/theme here that is not supported by the core rules in any way.
I also just noticed when in hybrid form the STR and DEX Preditory Strikes default to the higher of DEX or STR, I think this is do to the interaction of hybrid form and the monk's abilities.
Also Pred Strike does add to the Dhampirs Fanged Bite like I think it should.
I have no idea how BloodHunters work, but Dhampir Bite is a Con-based attack, and usually anything in the game that lets you change your attack stat specifies "instead of Str or Dex", so none of them work on the Bite.

To make sure we are on the same page, if you do two weapon combo then you only get to add your stat damage to your primary attack, does a bite attack with a weapon attack apply the TWC rules or is it a special case?
Thanks again and sorry for any confusion.
Edit: If you have a chance I would check out the bloodhunter to see if it would work in your game.

You can't use a bite as part of two weapon fighting, as those rules refer to two weapons you are wielding in your two hands.
As to the questions about simultaneous Rage, Bladesong, Lycan form and martial arts: Yes all those things can be active at once, but each of them (other than martial arts) will take a separate bonus action on a different turn to activate.
Also they do somewhat step on eachother conceptually, so some bonuses can't be combined.
- Rage won't let you concentrate, so that part of the bonus of Bladesong is out.
- Both Lycan and martial arts let you replace Str with Dex, so both aren't needed for that, and only one of the damage dice settings can be used - also the Rage powers require Str attacks so wouldn't benefit from the Dex swap.
- Both Lycan and Rage give advantage on Str checks and resistance to normal damage, so that's a bit of a waste.
Then all these states and the additional options you get for barbarian and monk subclasses will continue to bump up against eachother - particularly on things needing to use your bonus action, or on things that trigger only from martial arts attacks or attacks with a weapon, etc.
All up, I think you would be much better off just sticking to the Lycan class, then adding the other story elements via role-play and feats - like Magic Initiate (Wizard) and Fighting Initiate or Martial Adept.

Thanks for the advice and analysis, I also saw the doubling of abilities in lycan and rage as well as martial arts and lycan. Sometimes this happens in multiclassing and I expect it from other game systems.
Also thanks on the analysis on a Dhampirs bite and wielding a weapon.
Everyone,
Thanks for the quick responses and my asking what if and can you questions.
