If a Barbarian has received temporary hit points and takes damage while Raging; does that meet the requirement to maintain Rage? Or is rule for Rage supposed to imply a loss of hit points? As written, I am incline to think that taking damage is the only requirement, and the type of hit points reduced has no bearing.
Your rage lasts for 1 minute. It ends early if you are knocked unconscious or if your turn ends and you haven’t attacked a hostile creature since your last turn or taken damage since then.
So yeah, it's just about taking damage. Taking damage to temp hp is still taking damage, so your rage would stay up without you attacking in such a situation.
