My character hit level 5 in AL, so before I send him into another adventure, I'm still having issues locking him down into a build that seems fun as I can change my build however I want in AL before playing it as a level 5 character.
My character's drive is to keep people alive by any means necessary, hence his pact with a Celestial. Since he is also a Glamour Bard, he has a way of keeping people alive through the bards' ways with Mantle of Inspiration.
The reason for multi-classing is that I want both more spell slots for healing as well as a decent ranged attack with Eldritch Blast.
My current split for level 5 will be Warlock 1/Bard 4. At 4th level Bard, I'm taking the Inspiring Leader feat, which adds to his character that he really wants people to stay alive so much that his words grant that. I know Celestial gets a weaker version of that at 10, but I don't plan on going farther than 3-4 levels into Warlock.
My hiccup comes with what race I should play. Currently it's between Vuman and Half-Elf.
If I go Vuman, my level 1 feat would be Moderately Armored. My starting stats would be either 10, 14, 14, 10, 12, 16 or 10, 14, 15, 8, 12, 16. The first one gives me a more rounded character, but on the weak side. The second one is a bit awkward as I only have 1 odd number stat, and doesn't give me any benefit over the first one. The upside to this build is that I'd have an AC of 19 with medium armor, a shield, and cloak of protection.
The Half-Elf build would be either 8, 14, 15, 10, 12, 17 or 8, 15, 14, 10, 12, 17. With this build, at level 8 (if I go Warlock to 4) I'd be able to bump both my charisma and either dex or con up 1.
This build puts my AC at 15 with studded leather and cloak of protection. However, since I have darkvision with the half-elf, I can then choose Armor of Shadows as an invocation when I hit 6th level, and bump my AC up 1 more.
Or should I scrap this multi-class and just focus on either Celestial or Glamour?
Your spreading yourself very thing and seriously hampering your spell progression this way. Between Healing word, bardic inspiration, mantle of inspiration and healing light you also probably too many possible bonus actions.
I'd reconsider single classing Glamour Bard, Celestial Warlock or maybe just take a look at clerics again, they can give you whatever armor you want and you can have a decent attack action with divine strike.

Celestial Warlock was more for flavor and getting access to a ranged attack other than vicious mockery, but you do have a point on spreading myself thin with all the bonus actions. I was more trying to focus on always being able to heal someone.
If I wanted to be true to my background, Celestial Warlock would probably be the best way to go. I just can't get out of my head not being able to have as many spell slots, hence people always multi-classing with Warlock.

People MCing warlocks are often shortsighted. Unless your DM runs the game in a fashion that prohibits short rests you typically have all the spells you need.
As Celestial lock you get free healing already. You will have 2 spells for a good portion. But combat only lasts 3-4 rounds in average, so 2 spells are all you generally need. Generally keep one powerful crowdcontrol concentration spell going and save one spell for whatever might be needed (cure wounds, restoration, counterspell, some teleport etc). And once you hit level 11 you can cast 3x 5th level spells and 1x 6th level spell, ie you could cast a different spell literally every round of combat.
Aside of that you can also pick up good utility spells like invisibility, suggestion and fly to solve out of combat obstacles and then just quickly short rest to get your slots back. And if you pick up pact of the tome you are a ritual caster and can throw around utility spells all day long without using any slots.

The character is for AL. And I play quite a bit of the one-shot modules. The 2 hour one-shot modules tend to favor long rest characters as when you start any new module, your character always assumes to have gotten a long rest before. To make up for that, I could possibly request more short rests within a module to keep my Warlock relevant.
It just always feels like every Warlock I run into in AL multi-classes with another charisma class to benefit from more spell slots.

If you want the Bard-taste, you should choose the Entertainer Background and the Glamour/Faerie Patron alone.
Hombrewing and roleplaying a lot.
