Hello Adventurers!
On December 7th we're rolling out a new set of self-serve functionalities thanks to which you’ll be able to easily upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan, change billing cycle and update your payment method. All of the new functionalities will become available gradually and will take until February to be accessible to all of the subscribers. Thanks to the flexibility of the new subscription system, you’ll be able to adjust the preferences based on your needs even in the middle of the current cycle! If you decide to downgrade or change to a lower billing cycle, the difference in the prices will be used towards your next payment. If you wish to have that difference deposited back to your original payment method instead, please contact our Customer Support.
Cool if it worked, i tried to upgrade my subscription, but was only met with, Cancel before you can subscribe to hero tier
Hi sn0gen.
Thank you for your feedback. As mentioned in the post, it'll take some time until the self-serve functionalities will become available to all of the subscribers.
Greetings
It's the same for me?
I tried to start a subscription after you launched this functiuon and i have not been able to. I'm not sure if that could be related
I understand WoTC is making changes to some books. Especially dealing with alignment. I do not want the upgrades to D&D Beyond. The updates I do not agree with. Thank you.

My account is now bugged and i cant access my subscription
Hello mdlugolecka. Has this functionality, specifically the ability to update the payment method, been rolled out to all subscribers? If so, where is it located? Thank you.
What happened to "until February?" Now it's March and we still don't have this... :/
I am still having massive issues with the subscription issue. I was trying to upgrade but now it wants to deactivate my characters. something needs to be done about this
I am trying to view my subscription page but just keep getting redirected to an application error due to a client-side exception is there a fix for this?
I am locked out of renewing my subscription, too, and face some frustrated kids.
Same here. Sigh.
Using Windows 10 Microsoft Edge, I am having issues accessing my subscription (Active Until: Aug 21, 2022) presumably after this update. Access was fine early February but does not work now.

Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information).

I've cleared cache, history, logged out, logged back in, etc..., but nothing has helped. Any advice?
Working now in Windows 10 Microsoft Edge! I now see options to downgrade, update billing cycle, and cancel.
I'm having an issue with my subscription status as well. When I go to renew my subscription, it directs me to a page that says "Couldn't Collect Payment" and doesn't give me an option to actually purchase a subscription. Anyone know what's going on?
I'm receiving the same error & it's may in a few days
So, December new features were rolled out that didn't work after "taking time".
The SLA ddb provided for the items to roll out and work have been missed by almost 2 months.
This is effectively preventing dndbeyond from behind able to collect money from customers that are not new customers; i.e. losing income & loyalty from repeat customers.
In my experience working in the IT Industry, if a software upgrade creates errors or breaks the system a fix patch gets rolled out, often in the form of a software rollback. This is often the case with "webapps" such as this (coded database driven web site which aren't actually applications & just code).
That said why in the Sam #3££ has a roll back to a working, billable version been performed.
Which is more important? Loss if data input & content creation for 4 months or loss of customer revenue & overall business?
2022-04-28 apparently still not fixed pathetic.
November of 2022 is there any update on this? I'm trying to go to master but it only gives me the option of canceling
I can't update my credit card? My old one expired. I just paid yearly for the last 3 years. Now it won't let me subscribe again. I can buy things. I just can't subscribe. I've sent a help request to customer support...No awnser.
Couldn't Collect Payment
