This spell creates an Invisible, mindless, shapeless, Medium force that performs simple tasks at your command until the spell ends. The servant springs into existence in an unoccupied space on the ground within range. It has AC 10, 1 Hit Point, and a Strength of 2, and it can’t attack. If it drops to 0 Hit Points, the spell ends.
Once on each of your turns as a Bonus Action, you can mentally command the servant to move up to 15 feet and interact with an object. The servant can perform simple tasks that a human could do, such as fetching things, cleaning, mending, folding clothes, lighting fires, serving food, and pouring drinks. Once you give the command, the servant performs the task to the best of its ability until it completes the task, then waits for your next command.
If you command the servant to perform a task that would move it more than 60 feet away from you, the spell ends.

a bit of string and some wood, so like, a puppet.
I am about to give this little fella a bag of Dust of Sneezing & Coughing for a big battle. Wish me luck!
How’d it go?!
I think the following are relatively conservative clarifications for the spell to help avoid confusion.
The "servant", as described by the spell is a shifting field of force that always fits within a 5 ft cube. The strength of 2 represents how much force the effect can telekinetically exert on its immediate surroundings. It has no hands or feet and accomplishes the simple tasks commanded of it as an act of pure telekinesis. It does not have a burrow, climb, fly, or swim speed. It is reasonable to assume the unseen servant can move up walls and through water at a speed similar to a human with a movement speed of 15 feet. The unseen servant does not "walk" due to it being a shapeless force effect (no hands or feet). Therefore the only sound an unseen servant makes comes from any objects it is manipulating. Its method of movement is localized telekinesis applied to the square it occupies (i.e. it cannot fly(hover)). Due to being limited to the actions of a human servant, the telekinetic movement does not allow it to walk on water.
The servant has a physical presence and would need to make strength checks to avoid getting pushed around by strong wind such as that produced by the gust spell. Touching the servant would give the sensation of something pushing back against the hand without a discernable texture. Much like if your hand were a magnet with a sense of touch coming into close physical contact with a magnet of the same polarity.
Lots of RAI from the DM is needed for the spell to work properly tbh. They should have given it a stat block as well because it's not even clear if this thing has a movement speed or if it's speed is 15 feet. Plus it's always invisible right? So does that mean you can't see it? Do you even need to see it to issue mental commands?
Also, couldn't this thing technically drive a carriage or row a boat while you're in it?
I think these questions are pretty clearly answerable just from the spell description and the associated rules.
It doesn't have a movement speed because it's not a creature and can't move or take actions on its own.
It is always invisible, because the spell says it is.
You can't see it, because you can't see invisible things (unless you have Truesight or some similar ability).
You don't need to be able to see it to issue mental commands to it, because the spell doesn't say you do.
It can probably "interact with an object" in the ways necessary to drive a carriage or row a boat, but you'd need to tell it how to get where it's going and what to do if any unexpected situations arise.
Just what I was thinking.
