You have made your livelihood from harvesting the abundant flora of your homeland. Whether you were a homesteader, a handyman for a small village, or a member of a lumber union, you know the ins and outs of scaling, trimming, cutting, felling, and preparing trees for use in civilization. The time spent in the forests have given you a hardiness and comfort level with your rugged life than most city dwellers understand.

Skill Proficiencies: Nature, Athletics
Tool Proficiencies: Carpenter's Tools, Woodcarver's Tools, and an instrument of your choice
Equipment: A handaxe, a small knife, a woodworking tool of your choice, a set of common clothes, and a pouch containing 10 gp

Feature: Rugged Pride

When you are in a city, other hard laborers recognize your build and posture, establishing an immediate kinship equal to having a collegiate friendship. Typically, this can result in additional manpower to do a large task, bits of rumors and gossip from the worker class in the town, or access to borrow whatever tools owned by the laborers you speak to. Under normal circumstance, however, these laborers will not adventure with you nor put their lives in clear danger.
