You own a Bastion. As you gain levels and wealth, consult with your DM about expanding your Bastion. Start with two basic facilities.
A character’s Bastion starts with three different basic facilities, which the character’s player chooses from the Basic Facilities list below. Two of the chosen facilities are Cramped, and the other is Roomy (see the Facility Space table). A Bastion can have more than one of each basic facility.
Your Bastion gains basic facilities as you gain levels, as shown on the table below.

A character’s Bastion gains three different special facilities at 5th level, which the character’s player chooses from the Special Facilities list below. A Bastion can have no more than one of each special facility unless otherwise stated.
