Effects:

1. Level 3:

   • Wisdom's Gaze: The character gains advantage on all Wisdom saving throws.
   • Darkvision: The character can see in dim light within 60 feet as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. They can't discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.

2. Level 4:

   • Sight Beyond Sight: The character's vision extends beyond normal limits, granting them the ability to see invisible creatures and objects within 10 feet. This mysterious sight is fleeting and only occurs sporadically, making it unreliable but potent.

3. Level 5 and Beyond:

   • Locked Abilities: The true nature of the Wishmaker's Eyes remains hidden, locked behind the character's progression.
