When swapping initiative, are you swapping just the rolled values or each character's initiative modifier as well?

The 2014 original Feat was SIGNIFICANTLY better than this.

+5 initiative is hands down better than +Proficiency until at least level 13, and this version doesn't do better until level 17.

Being able to swap your initiative with a WILLING ALLY once per combat is nothing in comparison to permanent immunity to Surprise, and permanent immunity to ambush/stealth Advantage to attack rolls against you.

im glad my dm is allowing us to pick and choose between 2014 and 2024 feats, this is an awful change

Eh, with the new rule change of surprise just meaning you have disadvantage on your initiative role, this would be way better. And active abilities are always better than passive (at least from a character building stance, not power building)
