You have now reached the pinnacle of power, nothing short of a deity can stop you anymore.
Grants the player the ability to cast 12th level wish once per week (speak with DM to clear any ideas on whether a spell modification will be ok or not)
Grants the player the ability to cast 11th level wish once per day
Grants the player the ability to cast 10th level and lower wish an unlimited amount per day
Grants the player the ability to cast two 10th level spells as an action one 8th level and lower as a bonus action, and 11th level or lower as a reaction.
Once a player reaches this point they should be dealing with multiverse level threats capable of annihilating any plane in mere moments, players with this ability may choose to ascend to godhood with one usage of their 12th level spell slot. doing this makes the player have to abide by any and all rules that the DM may have set in place for deities, and makes them have a need to accrue a following or risk losing all their power, therefore being lost to time, forgotten, a mere fragment of what could have been.
Using a 10th level spell slot allows the player to ask for extreme time altering abilities on par with Ancient Time Dragons.
Any player with this ability (in a place of godhood or not) would be known throughout all the realms to every god, genie, or competent magic user. Whether feared or respected depends on the player's story.

One thing I forgot to mention in this when I made it, you must have every previous version of "Wishful Thinker" (1-5) to obtain this one. this requires you to make a character for the sole purpose of obtaining these feats (such as a variant human wizard, or a fighter who never takes a feat until he finds a ring of wishing).
Also, make sure to clear this with your DM before taking any of these feats as they are meant to be extremely broken and are meant for a DM who wants to take on the challenge of challenging a player with these abilities.
And one last clarification, to take ANY of the "Wishful Thinker" feats, you must be a class that can at some point gain the ability to cast wish, whether it be part of your class spell list, you are a Bard with magical secrets, or if you are a Warlock whose patron is the genie, or have any such magic item that could grant the ability to cast the spell (in this case you only have to hold onto your wish spell until after you take the amount of feats you want)
