I get the multiclass concept... and it's of course a playable character... but for me it's too MAD.
You get no Extra Attack, so the crossbow will be irrevelant at level 5. And you're CHA isn't high for a level 5 char, so your sorcerer spells are not strong. You have not a lot of spell slots and only level 1 spells. No, I am sorry: It's not good IMHO.
I was asking about action serge does that have its own bonus action or not i already know that i would get 3 attacks for one turn every short rest what i want to know is do i get 4 becouse if action surge has its own bonus action that would make 4 attacks one time every short rest

Action Surge does not give you another bonus action. It is not a complete second turn It is simply an ability that gives you one extra Action as part of your turn that you can use in any way that you would use your normal action.
So if you're triple classing, it might make sense to put that 17 in cha to buff your sorc aspect instead of wis.
What are you trying ot achieve with this MC? because at lvl 5, you're going to be a bit power starved. Might be an idea to take 1 class up to a decent lvl first and thens tart fiddling with the other classes.
With the plus 10 it helps hit almost every time so even with the bad damage only a d6 +5 its going to hit almost everything and every time so doesn't that make a big difference?
I wonder why the base 18 in DEX isn't in INT instead? Especially since the Battle Smith's Battle Ready allows them to use INT for magic weapon attacks instead, it means you can leave DEX at 14/whatever for a bit of AC (assuming use of medium armor which caps out at +2, anyway, or +3 if you take the Medium Armor Master feat). The result of to-hit, etc. would still be the same, but depending on if you want to go more artificer-heavy, higher INT takes priority over higher DEX.
If you want to go more fighter-heavy... I wonder why the third level of Battle Smith, then? I can see you want the Repeating Shot infusion and have Crossbow Expert, but that eats up your bonus action, which competes with the Battle Smith's bonus action to command their Steel Defender to attack. In addition, if you're going more fighter-heavy, you wouldn't need the Battle Ready INT usage of attacks and damage since your DEX is already high.
Yeah, that works fine. Assuming Level 5, I’d say Rune Knight 3 / Artificer 2 works best with Fighter being the starting class for the heavy armor proficiency (unless you don’t want that, presumably due to your ranged build, then feel free to start with Artificer — you get CON saves regardless). Rune Knight uses CON as its save modifier stat, though, so that 12 you had in CON last I saw should probably be swapped with either the 15 you put into INT or CHA or the 17 from WIS.
Something like this (without racial bonuses): STR 10 / DEX 18 / CON 17 / INT 15 / WIS 15 / CHA 12
That way, you still have the 13 minimum INT needed to dip into Artificer as well as the CON to make Rune Knight’s save features work effectively.
This is my new build please let me know what you all think i think its league legal and would like to know if its any good in peaples views

What do you think about this change

Better for sure, as long as you're okay with waiting for extra attack untill lvl 7 (if you keep lvling arti now).
What are you hoping to get out of those early fighter lvls?

What about making it a rune knight as a fighter level 3 sub class
