I like the "Hero Point" concept, and so I decided to implement it in my game, but there's no way to add it through the system. So, I created a "Hero Point" feat - it's a limited use feat that changes level-by-level, complete with little check boxes and all.
My characters have this Feat active on their sheets.
Unfortunately, one of my characters met his end in our last session, and his player has created a new character. As I was updating the character sheet with inventory, notes, etc... I attempted to add the "Hero Points" feat from my homebrew collection, and it is NOT on the list of available feats.
Again, the other players (and this player, before he died) all have access to this feat.
Any ideas for reasons behind this... and/or ... for fixes?

In the character editor, make sure the content toggle for homebrew is on (the circle is red and slides to the right).
