I'm DM'ing a campaign. When creating new characters, drop-down menus in the desktop application are only displaying one subclass option and one feat option whenever players select them. For example, a player who wants to be a necromancer Wizard can only select the school of evocation. Similarly, under the "feats" menu, the only options that appear are grappler and firearms expert.
I'm fairly sure this is not a matter of subscription payments as I am a monthly member and they're not selecting anything that is out of the ordinary. I've also created characters without being a paying subscriber where I've had access to these subclass and features options.
To have access to anything not in the basic rules (which =/= the PHB) you have to either have purchased it yourself, homebrewed it, or be in a campaign with content sharing turned on, and someone else in the campaign has purchased it or homebrewed it. Subscriptions don't provide access to the material, but a master-tiersubscription is required for content sharing. So if you don't own any content here, you probably created those other characters in a campaign with content sharing turned on.
I've run into this as well, and I'm pretty sure there's other feats in the PH than just Grappler. I've run into it before, it just didn't complete the list.
Just now I got only Grappler in the feats list, went and did my stats hoping that might change something. When I went back, not even Grappler was showing up. 😭
EDIT: I'm on mobile, so the fact the OP is getting it on a desktop shows it's not platform specific.
I posted receipts, the druid circle menu (only Of the Land circles), the Warlock patron menu (only the Fiend), and the feats(no options): https://imgur.com/gallery/25e1JX0

Do you have access to the Player's Handbook, either through purchase or content sharing? What you've shared looks like you don't have the book on D&D Beyond
Ritual caster has a pre-requisite of Intelligence or Wisdom of 13 or higher. Your character has Intelligence 12, Wisdom 10, so doesn't qualify. You can get around this by disabling feat pre-requisites.
Ran into another problem. I am trying to create a character like Elric of Melnibone. A warlock that wields a two handed greatsword. I went with Fiend and pact blade. It is not an exact copy of Elric or I would have went with drow instead of Tiefling. But pact blade should allow me to select two handed melee weapons in my equipment and it does not. Once I finish I can amend my equipment but during character creation, I can only select basic Warlock weapons. I also have the Improved Pact Weapon Eldritch Invocation so swords should be no problem. I tested with Rapier and that fails as well. So it is not a two handed vs. one handed thing. Again once you create the charater you can amend this stuff but during character creating you can only add basic Warlock weapons.

because you're not proficient with greatswords, so turn off the proficient box on the inventory screen. then on the final sheet, you mark that greatsword as your Pact weapon and you gain proficiency with it while the pact box is checked.

Has anyone run into the same error before?
Are you (or another player) a master tier subscription?
Is Sharing turned on?

Hello. I am not sure this is the place but the feat drop down menu does not have Ritual Caster anymore. Is this a bug or something new?
I have posted my character link below

Thank you very much for the help.
