Firstly, you're submitting support tickets during a holiday period which is likely to increase response time
Secondly, tickets are grouped by submitter and queued last in, last out. This means every time you submitted a ticket after your first, you bumped yourself to the bottom of the queue.
Don't submit any more tickets and wait for the customer support team to respond.

ZERO details
No mater the payment type it errors.
Gave up and purchased what I was looking for on Roll20
