I'm working on a Longbow called Whisper it has the effects of adding +1 to attacks and to hit (easy enough).
It also adds 60' of darkvision if you don't have darkvision... OR adds 30' to what you already have.
So the question is, how do I add that kind of this or that effect?
I know I can set darkvision with it, but I think that just sets a static value. Is there a way to add an "increase by?"
If there is I could set it to a static 30 feet, plus an increase by 30 feet. Presumably the engine would use the highest static value? Meaning if it was 0 feet, it would take the 30 feet and then add 30 feet for a total of 60, and if it was 60 it would use that and increase it by 30 feet.
Is there a way to do this?

Note: So my assumption was incorrect. It ADDS the darkvision to existing darkvision, so how would I add MORE to somone without any darkvision?
