I'm a player in a campaign in D&D Beyond and I'm also a Master Tier. The DM is a freebie. I have enabled Content Sharing in his campaign so that we can all use books like Tasha's etc., that I own but the DM does not.
It has worked in that I am able to see that everyone now has access to **Everything** I own. But I don't want that. I want only to share the Sourcebooks I own, not the Adventures. Yet When I click Content Management I get a screen showing everything I own, but no options to edit/change (that I can see).
I've done this in a campaign where I was DM and I could toggle every item I own. Why does this not show up here?
So it seems that as a player I enable sharing and ALL my stuff is shared, but the DM can then toggle on/off all the stuff he wants to - so I just asked him to toggle everything off except PHB, XGtE and Tashas. Worked like a treat.

Thank you!
I discovered how to do this. And sadly was reminded that this is only for compendium access, so characters are still able to be built using content that I have blocked. :(
Yes, the content management is not meant to block player options. It's only meant to stop players reading the adventure book and metagaming.

Yes, that part is definitely annoying. You would think that if PCs are part of a campaign which has specific content allowed and specific content blocked there should be a way to only allow access to those books that are allowed when making that PC. Frustrating that this doesn't work.

The intent is that the DM can manage what compendium content is being shared because they're the one deciding what adventure is being run.
If you want your DM to stop sharing your adventures in the campaign, you'll have to ask them to disable the content sharing option for those books.
Note that this will only affect compendium access

How would we share only some content?
Right now it's a single toggle for everything or nothing
