You mean under Features & Traits? It’s a known glitch that it only shows the most recent, but they should all appear under the character’s listed Skills.
Under the new 2024 rules, the chosen skill also doesn't gain the advantage denotation when rage is activated from the rage menu on the character sheet (like it shows for athletics). It becomes a strength skill, which gains advantage while raging.
I was playing with the player's sheet today, trying to get a character sheet in one of my campaigns to change the applicable skills when Rage is activated. I see the changes from the Rage, but not from other Rage-related features (e.g. Primal Knowledge)... seems like this is a real pain for those skills that should change to STR instead of what they normally are to show the proper bonuses.
If it's still an internal issue, has anyone found a workaround other than hitting Customize and changing the stat they're based on, or at least the one you're about to roll? or, I suppose, just jot down what the adjusted number would be to the 'normal' roll???

Under Primal Knowledge... It only lists ONE chosen Skill.
It should show the choice at 3rd Level and 10th Level.
