I am unable to use tokens via the Maps platform for one of my campaigns, despite having purchased the digital version of the adventure and enabling content sharing?
If an NPC doesn’t appear in that list, they won’t appear in Maps either. However, you could create a homebrew monster for anything else you want to add.
The monsters attached to the campaign are accessible, but the NPCs aren't for some reason.
Are the NPCs defined identically to other creatures? For example, Prince Derendil from Out of the Abyss is a Derro, so they don't have a specific NPC token.
The NPCs appear in the token browser but they are 'blanked out'. For example, Speaker Duvessa Shane and Sheriff Markham Southwell appear as usable tokens, but it says I don't have access to use them?
I had the same problem, for me it was because the content in the campaign setup was not shared correctly.Once everything was deactivatedand re-activated, then it went immediately.

I have tried un-sharing and re-sharing the content but still no luck. Would you mind explaining how you did that?
