Whenever I try to add the Dragon Soul Battle Axe to my character’s equipment I get this error:

So count the milestones that the character makes in between rests (Ex: plus 3, minus 2, equals plus 1 minor milestone at rest). </p>\r\n<p><strong>Minor Positive Milestones (A number of minor milestones can raise the attunement level):</strong></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Making a decision that reflects the dragon's alignment (if it's lawful good then make lawful good decisions)</li>\r\n<li>Doing something brave</li>\r\n<li>Dedicating a piece of treasure to the dragon's hoard once it's released (they have to like it)</li>\r\n<li>Following one of the dragon's orders</li>\r\n<li>Win a battle</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><strong>Major Positive Milestones (Can raise the attunement level by 1):</strong></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Sparing a dragon that crosses paths with the user's party</li>\r\n<li>Killing a dragon that was the dragon soul's enemy before it was sealed away</li>\r\n<li>Transcribing and understanding the ancient draconic inscribed on the side of the battleaxe</li>\r\n<li>Killing the one who sealed the dragon away in the first place</li>\r\n<li>Dedicating an entire hoard to the dragon's soul (again, has to approve)</li>\r\n<li>Finding the dragon's original lair</li>\r\n<li>Powerful character development in the dragonborn</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><strong>Minor Negative Milestones (If there are no positive milestones since the last level was obtained then it lowers the level and the number of milestones for that level goes down to zero. Ex: If It just turned to level 4, and I ran away from a fight, then it goes back to level 3 and I have to get all the milestones required to get back to level 4):</strong></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Making decisions that don't reflect the dragon's alignment (making an evil decision when the dragon is good)</li>\r\n<li>Going against the dragon's will (in a minor way)</li>\r\n<li>Committing an act of cowardice</li>\r\n<li>Selling treasure away that was promised to the dragon</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><strong>Major Negative Milestones (Can bring down the Attunement Level of the Weapon by 1 level, works the same way as minor negative milestones):</strong></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Killing a dragon that didn't deserve it (or at least according to the dragon soul)</li>\r\n<li>Breaking the contract with the dragon (automatically loses all attunement)</li>\r\n<li>Desecrating the battleaxe</li>\r\n<li>Going against the dragon's will (in a major way)</li>\r\n<li>Letting an enemy of the dragon live</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p>Once the dragon is released, the dragon can be a servant of the dragonborn (as part of the contract), or it can betray the dragonborn and break the contract, whatever plot you like. I like the idea that the dragon said he'd grant new power to the dragonborn when he's released, absorbs the dragonborn's dragon half to make itself whole, turning the dragonborn into a human, and the only way to return back to normal is to kill the dragon. </p>\r\n<p><strong>Battleaxe Base Stats:</strong></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Damage: 1d8 Slashing</li>\r\n<li>Versatile (1d10)</li>\r\n<li>Weight: 4lbs</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><strong>While Attuned at Any Level:</strong></p>\r\n<p>Whenever a hostile creature damages you while the axe is in your possession, you must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or go berserk.
