So I've created an Artificer Battle Smith, and they get to use Intelligence instead of Strength or Dexterity but it doesn't change the modifiers.
Only for magic weapons. If a weapon becomes magic temporarily because of a spell, you will have to account for that yourself (temp effects are planned).
