While the rules clearly state you cannot double dip into a fighting style, if someone were to slip up and do so via multiclassing, the character sheet ends up applying the +2 damage modifier for each instant of Dueling rather than one and done. Noticed this during a one shot I ran a while ago. Not a major issue since again, rules say you can’t do this to begin with, but probably something to be addressed eventually?
It isn't so much a bug as a technical limitation of the way they stored fighting styles. Fighting styles are stored within the individual class's feature options not in some collective fighting style archive (which is what they need to switch it to in the future).
