Hello! Most commonly homebrew item errors are causing by spells on the item. Does the item have any spells?
If so, double-check the charges set for the minimum and maximum that can be spent to cast the spell. If there is a range of options (ex. minimum 1 charge, maximum 7 charges), that tells the system the spell can be cast at a higher level if more than 1 charge is expended. The system then adds to the spell level for each charge above 1. So if in this case you have a 4th level spell that can be cast with 1-7 charges, the system is now trying to generate 10th level spells, which do not exist, which causes an error.
For the total charges of an item, you'll want to set the amount in the "Additional Details" section, and set the charges for a spell (or each spell) to the minimum charges to spend, and if you would like it to be cast at higher levels, a maximum number of charges not exceeding the item's total. For example, an item with 3 charges to cast a level 1 spell could have a range of 1 (minimum) - 3 (maximum).

a custom item i made and gave to a player is causing this code when being clicked on and i cant find a reason for why
