Only some of the infusable items and spells are available for free*. Others, like the Alchemy Jug and Charlatan's Die you have to buy, either individually or as a part of their respective released books. If you hover over the links I've just placed you'll see the 'please give us your money to see this things' notification. I had to buy Melf's Acid Arrow and Ray of Sickness for my Alchemist's Spell List staples.
Only being able to make/infuse an item once per infusion per item is not a glitch either. Thats how the class reads, otherwise my Alchemist would have enhanced armour: breastplate and enhanced armour:shield.
Just wondering out for interest's sake, what do you mean by this? What infusion/item do you mean that you can replicate twice that'll get you an autocrit/12 with a Thorn Whip?
*This response, however, is relying on the idea that you haven't actually bought those digital products yet. If this is not the case, then I have no idea and I'll slowly back away apologising.

I assumed that you could created the same item multiple times since I saw nothing in the book limiting it, but yeah, I noticed when I tried to make it happen on here , it never allowed it, so I assumed a programming glitch. And if you meant which item, the Charletans Die
Charlatan’s Die Wondrous Item, common (requires attunement) Whenever you roll this six-sided die, you can control which number it rolls.
Not seeing how you would get a 12 on thorn whip with two of these things. Unless maybe you thought the item's effect applied to any six-sided die roll? Which it doesn't.
I'm pretty sure you can't use the same infusion to make multiple copies of an item, because of this:
"each of your infusions can be in only one object at a time." - page 57, under Infuse Item: Infusing an Item
Furthermore if you try to get around this by learning the same infusion multiple times, there's also this
Unless an infusion's description says otherwise, you can't learn an infusion more than once. - Page 61 at the very bottom
With the only exception being Replicate Magic Item that lets you take the infusion multiple times. But in that one, you're learning a different kind of Replicate Magic Item each time you pick an item - so you can't learn the same Replicate Magic Item: "Charletan's Die" twice.

Yeah, I'm sorry to say, but the die Charlatan's Die is referring to is purely RP, like for gambling or chance games as a Charlatan would. Otherwise, if it WERE able to be used to roll for game mechanics, like damage, it would named a d6 in the item description and be worded more like Circle of Mortality (Grave Cleric first level ability) for example. It'd probably read something to the effect of When you would normally [roll a d6]to [deal damage] with a spell [or attack roll] ... you instead [choose any] number possible for [that] die [instead]" as they normally regurgitate similar phrasing for similar mechanics to maintain ruling consistency (M:tG do the same thing with their similar mechanics). Furthermore if it were able to be used to essentially gain full damage on ANY d6 roll, I highly doubt it would be a common magical item!
However, I miss read what you meant about multiple Replicate Items. Yes that looks possible, but yes, not able to be done on DDB. The way I've always read it/interpreted it is how DDB run, only one replicated infusion of each possible item at a time. This is probably something they'll errata later because of missing wording (et al the Great Contagion Debacle) OR change here on DDB with enough flags thrown about it. It all depends on what their original intention is I guess. It's probably worth starting a NEW thread here to ask for others' opinions on the matter. :)

No!!!! My dreams of killing a dragon have been ruined!!! But it does make sense that if it was for a D6, being common would be a huge mistake, oh well 😁

Using the system, alchemy jug, charletans die, and others are not showing up, did these items get deleted with the UA release?
Is it also a glitch that you can't make the same item twice? (Love doing an auto 12 on thorn whip)
