It'd be a lot easier to help you with a link to your character sheet or more information. 😝
Are you certain that the spell(s) in question were added as part of your Bard spell choices, and not gained by some other means such as a racial bonus or a feat? These may not be tied to the same spellcasting ability as your class. A High Elf for example uses Intelligence for their innate spellcasting, regardless of what your class uses. I can't think of one off hand that uses Wisdom as standard but I believe there are some. Feats meanwhile either let you pick the spellcasting ability, or are tied to the spell list your pick the feat's spells from (Magic Initiate Druid for example will use Wisdom because that's what Druids use).
Former D&D Beyond Customer of six years: With the axing of piecemeal purchasing, lack of meaningful development, and toxic moderation the site isn't worth paying for anymore. I remain a free user only until my groups are done migrating from DDB, and if necessary D&D, after which I'm done. There are better systems owned by better companies out there.

I'm getting some kind of glitch causing my spells to use my wisdom modifier, not my charisma level 1 bard. help.
