Spellcasting ability modifier?

I saw that a lot of my spells use the +spellcasting ability modifier. Can you please tell me what my spellcasting ability modifier is?

It depends on your class. Since you’re posting in the cleric forum, I’m going to assume cleric. In that case, it’s Wisdom. 

I'm guessing that you are saying that my spellcasting ability modifier is +2?

For clerics it's Wisdom and you get a +1 modifier for every two points above 10.  Ex: 12= +1, 14= +2, 16=+3 etc.

Yes. It is +2. When you hit level 4, I'd suggest raising your Wisdom, and another odd numbered stat, maybe Con. Getting that wisdom to 16 will change your modifier to a +3.

Thanks fellas.  I thought that maybe it was my spell attack or spell DC.
