I plan to build a Half Orc Samurai. He gets adopted by a guild leader who trains him. What Multiclass Suggestions so you have, if any? I think barbarian or rogue would work out well.

For a while I played a Samurai / Barbarian (path of the Zealot) blessed by the sun goddess Amaterasu. I played her like a Deathseeker.
If you play a dexterity based fighter, you could also consider multi-classing into Kensei monk. This combo makes for a fun "speedy duelist" kind of play.
I started the campaign as Samurai 3 / Barbarian 2. At sixth level, Samurai 3 / Barbarian (Zealot) 3. The character made it to Samurai 7 / Zealot 3 before gloriously dying in combat against an Adult Black Shadow Dragon. I admit I considered going for another multiclass into Monk to try and be Samurai 3 / Zealot 3 / Kensei 3 by level 9, but we had a monk in the party and I wanted to be a good sport.
The combat synergy was interesting. Obviously, Rage and Fighting Spirit turn you into a solid tank. You can try to get a lot of enemies attention by just leaping into the battle with Rage and then activating Fighting Spirit on subsequent turns to dish out some solid damage. Zealot offers some free Radiant damage while rage is active, which was great in several of the fights against undead enemies. Roleplaying felt similar to playing a Paladin, quite lawful. My samurai was zealous about following Bushido--so it was mostly a personal, self-fulfilling sense of zealotry, not a crusading one. For instance, she made it clear from the beginning to her companions that she would NEVER willingly surrender or retreat from a battle.
That does sounds really cool. I imagine that the character was not a specialist at tanking (like a Bearbarian or Pally could be) or damage dealing but still did very well in both areas.

What are your stats that would drive what you can MC into. I have a Sam 7/War priest 4 myself and it's a lot of fun. I took GWM and can do a good bit of damage using that along with fighting spirit, plus bonus actions from GWM and War priest.

What levels did you take in each subclass.
I can see the synergy in Samurai X / Kensei 3.
In terms of combat and roleplay, how synergistic was Samurai / Zealot?

hex is THE SPELL
one d6 at hit

you will be a blender at higher levels

Point Buy STR 17, DEX 13, CON 16, INT 8, WIS 12, CHA 8.
That's a lot of bonus action options. Do you keep Shield prepared? That would make good use of your reaction.
I feel like Sentinel + Polearm Master would offer good reaction options. I might also take Orcish Fury.
