Both spirit shroud and thunderous smite require a bonus action so you can't cast them both on the same turn. They both also require concentration, so casting one while the other is active would immediately end the active one.
In theory you could cast thunderous smite one turn, then on the next turn attack to trigger it and then cast spirit shroud, but there's really no benefit to doing this. You usually want to bonus action cast these before attacking so you get the benefit right away; you'll usually only have thunderous smite carrying over into a later turn if you fail to trigger it (miss with all your attacks).
But yeah, it can't stack with spirit shroud as they would both need to be active before you make any attacks, and they simply can't be.
You can however use spirit shroud and Divine Smite in the same turn, as while that uses a spell slot it's not a spell (just an alternate way to spend the resource), all you need to do is make an attack to be able to trigger it.

Got into arguement at our table so let me ask all of you.
Can you bonus action cast spirit shroud then melee attack and use thunderous smite in the same turn?
