I am curious as to this new Find Steed. I understand the stat block is different from the form the steed takes. However, does the steed also get the same attacks as the original animal. For in the stat block Otherworldly Steed has one attack action being Otherworldly Slam. Melee Attack Roll: Bonus equals your spell attack modifier, reach 5 ft. Hit: 1d8 plus the spell’s level of Radiant (Celestial), Psychic (Fey), or Necrotic (Fiend) damage. But if the steed takes the form of a dire wolf does it also gain the actions of the wolf
Pack Tactics. The wolf has Advantage on an attack roll against a creature if at least one of the wolf’s allies is within 5 feet of the creature and the ally doesn’t have the Incapacitated condition.
Actions
Bite. Melee Attack Roll: +5, reach 5 ft. Hit: 8 (1d10 + 3) Piercing damage, and the target has the Prone condition if it is Huge or smaller.
It uses the otherworld steed stat block, nothing else changes based on the form. Only the selection of Celestial, Fey or Fiend changes it and only so in so far as the bonus action it has access too and the damage type of otherworldly slam. If the Steed is a Dire Wolf, a Horse or a Camal, it's only action is the Otherworldly Slam. The mount is a spirit that just resembles those creatures in shape.
I'm trying to find it in /monsters, but it doesn't look like there is an entry for it. This has been a bit annoying for me with any summon spell, I've never had a good way to keep a stat block&health for them without just constantly referencing the spell description (I usually copy the relevant stats to a paper when playing).
Has anyone tried turning it into a homebrew monster?
I created an Otherworldly Steed for each of my Paladins in CritterDB. Each Paladin has its own Steed in CritterDB to correctly reflect the stats (AC & HP) for each specific Paladin.
It would be nice if there were an option to add this to a paladin's character sheet...in the meantime, much like Kintrall above I have created a homebrew monster for each version for all of my paladins to use. It's a bit of a chore, but once the first one is done it gets easier.

I actually just got done doing this for my paladin yesterday. It worked pretty good using a standard horse mount as the starting point then just tweaking its stats and actions to match the stat block for the spell. Took me about 15 minutes. Nice part was it even let me add avatars for the new stat block. I am playing a Thri-Kreen that uses 3 swords and shield, so I made his mount look like a giant scorpion.

Did you use code to make Life Bond and the Bonus Actions or just use the text and manually perform the actions? if you used code, can you share?

This otherworldly steed stat block should be in https://www.dndbeyond.com/monsters
