So I'm making a paladin for the first time for CoS, I haven't started yet but I put him up to level 3 just to see the different oaths, forgot to put it back and when I checked the character sheet for something else I noticed it was there 3 times in my spell list, now I have it learned at level 1 but wondering what the other 2 are, is this just a glitch?

I'm guessing one of them says "Use" on the red button to the left of it. That's because Paladins are allowed to cast it once per day without using a spell slot, and the character app keeps that separate. You should also have one that says "Cast" on the red button, which represents casting it using a spell slot. The difference between these is just which boxes get checked off on the character sheet when you click it.
I wouldn't expect to see this at level 3 for a Paladin, but at higher levels you would also see additional copies of the same spell for casting it using higher level spell slots. Paladins get access to level 2 spell slots at class level 5.
