I'm attempting to make a Kenku Rogue with a 2 or 3 level Warlock dip, and want the character to use daggers as their main weapon.
Initially, I was thinking of Soulknife Rogue/Pact of the Blade Great Old One Warlock, but I was told that the Pact doesn't synergize well with Soulknife. Does anyone have a better idea for the goal I have in mind?

Yeah, the problem with Pact of the Blade is that it offers little or nothing that the Soulknife Rogue can't do already. Its main benefits are the ability to conjure up a weapon out of nothing when you need it, which Soulknife can already do better, and (in 2024 rules) the ability to use Charisma for attack and damage rolls, which if you're mainly a Rogue you may not want anyway.
If you're using 2024 rules, you don't need to take any of the "Pact" invocations if you don't want to, and you might be better off taking a different invocation instead. Armor of Shadows might be nice if you intend to do a lot of melee fighting, since the AC you get from Mage Armor is better than any non-magical armor you have proficiency with from the Rogue class.
If you want to pick a Pact one, or you're using 2014 rules and therefore have to pick one, Pact of the Tome might be nice since it gets you a bunch of extra cantrips that you aren't taking enough Warlock levels to get through your class.
Either way, the Great Old One subclass seems like a great thematic fit for Soulknife, since both subclasses are all about weird psychic stuff.
You are honestly (in my opinion/according to my research) better off going with an arcane trickster to use more warlock spells. In particular, the hexblade has access to shield that can be used more frequently thanks to Arcane Trickster spell slots.

Except Arcane Tricksters don't have any spell school restrictions in the 2024 rules, so they can have Shield on their own without multiclassing.
