My halfling AT uses spells more for utility and self-buff than for attacking (other than Firebolt and Booming Blade), so INT is pretty much irrelevant. My DM also let me swap Enchantment for Transmutation, so that opens a lot of possibilities. He's multi-classed with Eldritch Knight, so he has a lot of Cantrips, and Abjuration/Evocation spells.
Soulknife could also compare to the AT because they do psychic damage which is not a very common resistance. They could also self-buff with Psi-Bolstered Knack and later get invisibility, auto-aiming, Teleportation, and status effects. Also the weapons they use are psychic blades that are better than daggers.

High Elf Arcane Trickster with a longbow can make decent use of Steady Aim, along with Elven Accuracy of course.
