To me it depends on the character and campaign. If you already have darkvision then devil's sight is less valuable (its still valuable, just less so). One with shadows is useful, but eats an action making it more of a defensive maneuver. Generally I would rank devil's sight above one with shadows.
Ag Blast Repelling blast Devil's Sight One With Shadows Lance of Lethargy
Mask of many faces is super build/character dependent for me, and could be anywhere from 1st to last.
If these are the only Invocations we get to work with, then here's my personal order:
Repelling Blast Lance of Lethargy Agonizing Blast Devil's Sight One With Shadows Mask of Many Faces
Not sure what subclass you're going with here, but often enough, being able to kite the opponent is far more important than being able to damage them. As such, I'd front-load Repelling Blast and Lance of Lethargy, since one of your goals seems to involve stacking Invocations dedicated to Eldritch Blast. Once you're sure you can kite the enemies effectively, AB can give that much-loved damage boost to your cantrip. Devil's Sight is useful, although if you decide to multiclass into Shadow Magic Sorcerer, so you can spam the Darkness spell, it won't be as necessary. One With Shadows also becomes more viable, although it's still a highly lackluster Invocation, on its own. Mask of Many Faces isn't all that good, as Disguise Self rarely comes up in most of the campaigns I've seen. You're better off with just being a Changeling, or just using it as a back-pocket spell via a multiclass.
to answer your question, I’m building a Celestial Warlock, so i have access to light. i also considered using a changeling, but the one i have access to is a homebrew.
If you're going Changeling, then I highly recommend that you drop Mask of Many Faces, in exchange for a different Invocation entirely. You're essentially a walking, talking version of that Invocation already. I'd honestly recommend either Armor of Shadows or Eldritch Mind, since the first can help protect you from any damage you might take, and the second can help maintain Concentration on your spells, should you take any damage to begin with.
As above if you go Changeling I would recommend not going with Mask of Many Faces. I played a celestial Warlock. Lots of fun. I actually covered a party without a cleric with it. One of the more nice things is upcasting cure wounds just before a short rest to help out whoever got extremetly messed up in the previous fight.
Flaming Sphere with EB+AB (or repelling to knock them behind the sphere) is just devastating.
Understood. I’m currently using a Verdan since it matches my miniature and it was free to get during a promotional event. I considered taking Eldritch Mind, but Verdans already have advantage on wisdom and charisma saving throws and the text wouldn’t fit properly on the character sheet if I had both.

Awesome! I’m looking forward to doing the same with Wall of Fire.
