So....like the title suggests i want to have the Raven Queen as my Patron, but shes not in the options. Do i need to purchase a specific book, or is there a way to make a Warlock Patron on the site?
Just like filcat said, Hexblade is pretty much the one you are looking for as well as the UA released a while back.

Because the raven queen patron is old UA, meaning they won't put it up, cause they don't want any mistakes in the subclass. In response to not getting a raven, maybe take pact of the chain and take a raven as a familiar.

or you could have her be a Celestial Patron, since she is a literal God and not associated with the Lower Planes (which would make her a Fiend).

Trying to get your physical content on Beyond is like going to Microsoft and saying "I have a physical Playstation disk, give me a digital Xbox version!"

Actually, she isn't a deity. She is a Quasi deity (more accurately a vestige) which is the lowest form of divinity as she couldn't become a full deity and lost a great deal of power meaning she can't grant powers to clerics but since we are talking about warlocks, she could lend others some of her powers.

She still can be considered a Celestial, so my point remains unchanged.

You can choose whichever patron template you want that you can reasonably justify why a pact with her gives you these powers. Reskin the features to match if needed. Here's a list from easiest to hardest sells.
Hexblade - The canon hexblade uses sentient weapons she created.
Undying - Her purview over death could mean that you could make a pact to delay your death, which converts you into one of the undying.
Fiend - Her deity purview is on the darker side. At first glance this doesn't match but reskin the fire spells as shadowflames and hurl through hell as hurl through shadowfell and it'd be fine in one of my games.
Celestial - She is a deity (of sorts) but the radiance and light themes don't really match her shadowy demeaner.
Archfey - Hard sell. She used to be an elf so maybe?
Great Old One - I don't think there's a reasonable way to reskin this.

Mordenkainen's Tome of Foes made it pretty clear that the failed ritual and its aftermath did to her sanity what infidelity does to royal succession. Add on top of that the fact that whatever is left of her physical form, it's very much not something that can be considered humanoid. I'd say that being a memory-stealing something that lives on the creepiest plane in the D&D cosmology outside of Ravenloft and yeah, Great Old One fits for her.

Find your own truth, choose your enemies carefully, and never deal with a dragon.
"Canon" is what's factual to D&D lore. "Cannon" is what you're going to be shot with if you keep getting the word wrong.
If you are trying to choose a pact with the intention of it being the Raven Queen, I would suggest playing an Undying Warlock from SCAG or the Undead Warlock from UA. The Undying might mechanically be weak but it certainly fits the vibe. If you DM is fine with Unearthed Arcana, I strongly suggest the Undead Warlock as it's pretty powerful and has alot of flavor.

You can create a subclass (including Warlock patron) here.
Raven Queen was an old UA which hasn't been published. You could check the Hexblade from Xanathar's Guide to Everything.

Why does everyone always say Hexblade in response to this question??? It doesn't give you a raven and has none of the same spells on its spell list.
Maybe because in the description of the hexblade it specifically mentions they are possibly tools of the Raven Queen.

The Raven Queen is absolutely not a Celestial. Based on her description I'd expect her to be a Fey or maybe an Aberration given her ambiguous sanity.
Find your own truth, choose your enemies carefully, and never deal with a dragon.

She's not a vestige. That's a term for dead deities and entities like that (Karsus or Primus after they died).
She could be a Celestial patron, as she's a god. She could be a Hexblade patron, or Undying as well.
Please check out my homebrew, I would appreciate feedback:
Spells, Monsters, Subclasses, Races, Arcknight Class, Occultist Class, World, Enigmatic Esoterica forms

There's a homebrew that is pretty much a copy past of the UA. It's what I use.
