I know the spells supposed to do damage(+Char Modifer), but I do not see the spell anyway on 5e lists for level and I don't see it on DNDbeyond(Max out Warlock levels).
Since the question is very answered, I will add: repelling blast, grasp of hadar, lance of lethargy, and eldritch sniper are also invocations that modify eldritch blast.
What level do you get this spell?

What am I missing?
Yes I do have eldritch blast selected.
It's not a spell, it's a Warlock Invocation. Warlocks can pick two Invocations at 2nd level.
I don't use the D&DB character builder so I can't advise you on that, but there should be a list of Invocations somewhere.
DICE FALL, EVERYONE ROCKS!
Its not a spell in itself. It gives you your CHARISMA modifier on the Eldritch Blast cantrip.

Here's a screenshot of where you find it when editing your character on DDB:
Well, looks like I can't post pics. The url is http://morelight.org/dnd/AB.png
